Consultation

We are a team of Registered Dietitians who provide personalised consultations.

An initial consultation will last up to 55 minutes and involve a comprehensive nutritional assessment, including a body composition analysis (not available for virtual appointments), a detailed diet history, and a personalised diet plan tailored to your needs.  Any follow-up consultations are 25 minutes in length, focusing on maintenance and monitoring progress. 

An initial consultation costs €140, a review consultation costs €70, and a short review costs €35.

Partial costs can be reimbursed by private health insurers.

CANCELLATION POLICY As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 24hr notice to avoid the full cost of a consultation being charged.
