I recently was invited to the Listowel Food Fair where I had a great time. I was invited to meet with the local farming community and was filmed with Ear to the Ground. We focussed on heart health in farmers during the day and then that evening I co-presented a healthy eating presentation with Prof. Wall to the general public. It was a really enjoyable few days and I look forward to visiting Listowel again soon…
